Cornered DVD

Workout Videos Presents: Cornered! Workout DVD - Cornered! is designed to enable instructors to discover new variety with choreography they already use. The DVD shows how to utilize familiar movements in a whole new way to produce a high-octane, goosebump-inducing workout. In the workout, instructors use two steps to form a "corner," and then move seamlessly and logically from one corner to the other. The DVD presents new ways for instructors to milk their favorite combos and have fun in the process. Among the topics covered: lecture, warm-up, workout, and cool-down.
